At the 2014 Propeller Club Southeastern Regional Conference (SERAC), officers from clubs throughout the region gathered in Bradenton to share best practices, receive updates from each port and network with maritime professionals. The Propeller Club Port of Port Manatee hosted the event this year and organized two days of club business meetings, tours of the Manatee River and Port Manatee, receptions, excursions for the officers' spouses, and an evening banquet with keynote speeches by Port Manatee Executive Director Carlos Buqueras and Florida Power & Light Director of Environmental Services Ray Butts.Representing the Propeller Club Port of Jacksonville were:

The Propeller Club Port of Jacksonville thanks Mary Levine, President of the Propeller Club Port Manatee, club officers and staff, and SERAC officers for organizing 2014 SERAC and presenting an excellent program.The Jacksonville club is looking forward to hosting SERAC in 2015.
