Navy League, Us Coast Guard, Cbp Appreciation Dinner
This collaborative event, organized by the Navy League and Prop Club, recognizes and appreciates the service and role of the CBP and USCG. Both organizations present their member of the year at Networking and dinner.
Golf Event
Fun Golf Fundraising Outing: this event's proceeds support the club's charitable giving initiatives, including scholarships for local transportation & logistics students and the important work our friends at AMI Kids Jacksonville are doing.
Maritime Day
National Maritime Day is a United States holiday created to recognize the maritime industry. It is a day of national pride, observed on May 22, the date in 1819, when the American steamship Savannah set sail from Savannah, Georgia, on the first transoceanic voyage under steam power. The Propeller Club organizes a Social Networking Event, including reading the Mayor's Proclamation and Honoring those lost at sea by presenting a wreath to the waters. It's a day to celebrate our industry's rich history and shared commitment to its future.

The International Propeller Club Executive Spotlight Luncheon provides the opportunity for a distinguished, stand-out new Maritime Transportation and Logistics Industry Executive in Jacksonville to highlight their services and offer insight into trends in the maritime Supply Chain enterprise.
This exclusive event will feature distinguished guest speaker, Nick Primrose, Chief Regulatory Compliance for JAXPORT, who will provide valuable insights into the latest trends and developments in the Maritime Transportation and Logistics industry.
Nick Primrose oversees the port’s regulatory compliance in the areas of maritime law, environmental policy, emergency preparedness and risk management. He also serves as JAXPORT’s liaison with the Jacksonville City Council’s Special Committee on Resiliency and the City of Jacksonville’s Office of General Counsel.
Primrose is an experienced public policy professional and licensed attorney.
Prior to joining JAXPORT, he served as Deputy General Counsel for Florida Governors Ron DeSantis and Rick Scott, and General Counsel for the State of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management. In these positions, he provided oversight and regulatory strategy on transportation, emergency preparedness, the economy, and other matters impacting the people of Florida.
Nick Primrose is a member of the Florida Bar and holds a Juris Doctor from Barry University, a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and communications from Lake Forest College.
He is also a member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 11 and a scholar of the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network.
